iallo paglierino. Spiccano al naso
profumi di erbe aromatiche, in
particolare salvia, timo e maggiorana,
che lasciano poi spazio agli agrumi,
come pompelmo rosa e bergamotto.
L’ingresso al palato è delicato, caratteriz-
zato da vivace freschezza e buon equili-
brio. Nel finale ritorna una scia piace-
volmente rinfrescante. Vinificazione in

osso rubino dai toni granato.
Approccio di buona evoluzione,
concede lentamente sentori floreali e frut-
tati di viola, marasca, amarena e visciola.
Si susseguono folate vanigliate e tostate. Il
sorso è deciso, con tannino ben evidente,
nerbo di freschezza e finale asciutto.
Matura in rovere per 12 mesi. ARISTA

traw yellow hue. On the nose, aro-
matic herbs, in particular sage,
thyme and marjoram, which then leave
room to citrus fruits such as pink grape-
fruit and bergamot. On the palate, it is
delicate, characterized by lively fre-
shness and good balance. A pleasantly
refreshing trail returns in the finish.

Approach of good evolution, it
slowly grants floral and fruity scents of
viola, morello cherry, black cherry and
sour cherry, then vanilla and toasted
whiffs. The sip is decided, with evident
tannins, freshness and dry finish. Aging
