iallo paglierino fitto, cristallino.
Sommesso, quasi timido, al primo
impatto, si apre poi a profumi di rosa
gialla, pietra focaia e di limone. Nuvole
di bergamotto. Entra al palato pieno,
rotondo, masticabile, con calore. Scia
finale sapida e agrumata. In acciaio per
5 mesi.
RISOTTO CON MELE E
SPECK

este luminosa giallo dorato. Denota
grande eleganza già al naso: fiori di
tiglio, zucchero filato, confetto alla man-
dorla tostata, melone e cera d'api. Invade
la cavità orale con potenza. Lunga la chiu-
sura che scalda e appaga sapidamente il
palato. Matura in acciaio, una piccola
parte in legno, per 12 mesi. PACCHERI

Subdued, almost faint, at first glance,
then opens up to aromas of yellow rose,
flint and lemon. Bergamot puffs. On the
palate, full, round, chewable, with
warmth. Savory with citrus scents in the

right golden yellow hue. Great ele-
gance starting from the nose: linden
flowers, cotton candy, sugared toasted
almond, melon and beeswax. It invades
the oral cavity with power. Long finish
that warms and satisfies the palate savou-
ry. Aging in steel, a small part in wooden
barrels, for 12 months.
