G iallo paglierino. Profuma di gine-
stra, rosa gialla, camomilla e
pesca gialla. Lievi sentori smaltati. Al
gusto le componenti morbide e fresche
sono in buon equilibrio. Chiude con
nota eterea. Matura in acciaio per 6
mesi. GAMBERONI ALLA GRIGLIA
R osso granato vivace. Vegetale di
peperone, prugna rossa, anche in
confettura, ciliegia sotto spirito, rosa
rossa appassita. Pepe nero, liquirizia,
cacao e tabacco fermentato. Robusto,
fresco ed equilibrato, appagante, con
tannini fini e vellutati. Il finale molto
lungo vegetale, balsamico e lievemente
minerale di idrocarburi. In legno grande
per 18 mesi. FARAONA ARROSTO

S traw yellow hue. Scent of broom, yel-
low rose, chamomile and yellow
peach. Slightly polish scents. On the pala-
te, soft and fresh components are in good
balance. It closes with ethereal notes.
Aging in steel for 6 months.

Vibrant red garnet hue. Herbaceous
scents of pepper red plum, also into
jam, cherry in spirit, withered red rose.
Black pepper, licorice, cocoa and fermen-
ted tobacco. Robust, fresh and balanced,
satisfying, with fine and velvety tannins.
The very long vegetable finish, balsamic
sensations and slight hydrocarbon minera-
lity. In large wooden barrels for 18 months.
