fiori bianchi di acacia, gelsomino e
tiglio. Giovanili profumi erbacei di erba
cedrina e foglia di tè conducono a
essenze agrumate di limone. Prominente
freschezza al palato, che affievolisce
lasciando posto a caldi richiami alcolici.
Matura in acciaio per 6 mesi.

aglierino luminoso. Essenze di fiori
gialli al naso, camomilla e ginestra,
indirizzano verso note di miele millefiori.
Mela e nespola precedono tenui profumi
erbacei di paglia ed erbe aromatiche, sal-
via e menta. Evidenti percezioni calde al
palato, supportate a dovere da richiami
fresco-sapidi, in ottimo equilibrio. Cenni
ammandorlati nel finale. Acciaio e barri-

right straw yellow hue. Essences of yellow
flowers on the nose, chamomile and
broom, are followed by notes of wildflowers
honey. Apple and medlar precede soft herbace-
ous aromas of straw and aromatic herbs, sage
and mint. Evident warm perceptions on the
palate, supported by fresh-savour recalls, in
excellent balance. Embittering hints in the
finish. In steel and barrique for 8 months.
