luminoso. Il ventaglio olfattivo,
insieme a fiori di gelsomino e sfalci d’er-
ba, regala al naso anche erba cedrina,
pesca bianca, kiwi, mandorla e mela
verde. La freschezza iniziale è ben con-
trollata da un corpo adeguato che
garantisce l’equilibrio. La beva è stuzzi-
cante, fresca e sapida. Acciaio per 3
mesi.

na eleganza, pulizia e complessità.
Mineralità marina, menta piperita, scorza
di arancia e di cedro, mandorla e frollino
al limone. Succoso, fresco e avvolgente,

richiami olfattivi. Non abbandona il
palato e chiude lentamente con raffinate
sensazioni sapide. Fermenta in cemento
e matura in acciaio per 12 mesi.

lemon verbena, white peach, kiwi, almond
and green apple. Initial freshness is well con-
trolled by adequate body that guarantees

and cedar peel, almond and lemon biscuit.
Juicy, fresh and enveloping, continuous savou-

cement and aging in steel for 12 months.
