iallo paglierino di bella lucentez-
za. Olfatto con acacia, ginestra,
camomilla, pesca gialla, alloro e finoc-
chietto selvatico. Al palato arriva imme-
diata la percezione di discreta struttura,
con morbidezza e alcol molto in eviden-
za, ma ben equilibrati dalla sapidità. La
freschezza determina la scia di un finale
abbastanza persistente. Tutto acciaio.

osso granato di discreta vivacità.
Ampio e variegato con iniziali perce-
zioni di frutti di bosco e confettura di more.
Pepe nero e sentori terrosi di humus e
muschio. Cannella e fiori rossi appassiti. In
bocca equilibrio, notevole struttura con
tannino levigato e ben inserito. Persistente,
con ritorni di confettura di more e frutta
sotto spirito. In botte grande per 24 mesi.

traw yellow hue with fine bri-
ghtness. On the nose, acacia,
broom, chamomile, yellow peach, bay
leaf and wild fennel. The perception of
a discreet structure is immediate on the
palate, with a very evident softness and
alcoholicity, but well balanced by
savour. The freshness determines the
trail of a fairly persistent finish. In steel.

and multi-scented with initial per-
ceptions of berries and blackberry jam.
Black pepper and earthy hints of humus
and moss. Cinnamon and withered red flo-
wers. On the palate, balance, remarkable
structure with smooth and well inserted
tannins. Persistent, with blackberry jam
and fruit in alcohol. In large barrels for 24
