P aglierino cristallino, consistente.
Bouquet intenso di biancospino,
salvia e fico bianco. Bocca avvolgente e
contemporaneamente rinfrescante, con
una buona alcolicità presente che man-
tiene alto il livello dell’equilibrio gusta-
tivo. Chiudono in armonia le note agru-
mate di cedro e quelle dolci di vaniglia.
Acciaio per 5 mesi. GNOCCHI AI
QUATTRO FORMAGGI
R osso granato. Intrigante cede pro-
fumi che spaziano dalla rosa rossa
alla china, dal legnetto verde al ravanel-
lo. Leggera sfumatura terrosa. Note di
frutti rossi maturi e sferzata fresca di
tamarindo e sandalo. Struttura impor-
tante, ma non greve, con un tannino di
estrema eleganza. Finale fresco di
acqua di rose e pepe. Matura 10 mesi in

C rystal clear straw yellow hue, con-
sistent. Intense bouquet of haw-
thorn, sage and white fig. Enveloping
and refreshing at the same time, with
good alcohol content that maintains a
high level of gustative balance. Citrus
notes of cedar and the sweet notes of
vanilla blend harmoniously in the
finish. In steel for 5 months.

G arnet red hue. Intriguing, it releases
aromas ranging from red rose to
cinchona, from green wood to radish.
Light earthy shade. Notes of ripe red
fruits and fresh lashings of tamarind and
sandalwood. Important structure, but not
heavy, with extremely elegant tannins.
Fresh finish of rosewater and pepper.
Aging in oak tonneau for 10 months.
