G iallo paglierino. Al naso regala
profumi fruttati e floreali di prugna
gialla, ginestra e zagara. Al palato è
delicato e gradevole. Indugia legger-
mente sulle morbidezze per poi sfuma-
re in sentori di frutta matura. Fermenta
in acciaio e barrique. INVOLTINI DI
TACCHINO AL RADICCHIO
R ubino con riflessi granato. Profumi
di liquirizia, marasca e pepe nero.
La tannicità evidente ma non aggressiva
emerge in una struttura importante e di
buon equilibrio. Sfocia in nuance di spe-
zie. Riposa in grandi botti di rovere per

plum, broom and orange blossom. On
the palate, it is delicate and pleasant. It

R uby hue with garnet highlights.
Aromas of licorice, morello cherry
and black pepper. Evident but not
aggressive tannicity standout from an
important and well balanced structure.
It finishes with spicy nuances. Aging in
large oak barrels for at least 18 months.
