P aglierino tenue, dai riflessi verdoli-
ni. Profuma di mela verde, pera e
nespola. Poi anice e lievi richiami di
mandarino. Erba appena tagliata. La
beva è fresca e sapida e la struttura ben
modulata. Chiude vegetale. Fermenta e
matura in acciaio per 5 mesi.
RAVIOLI RIPIENI DI PESCE CON
POMODORINI
R osso rubino denso. L’iniziale spe-
ziatura dolce di vaniglia e pepe
bianco accompagna un cesto di frutta
rossa matura, ciliegie e amarene. Sulle
papille si percepisce un tannino deciso
ma ben integrato ed elegante.
L’aromaticità di rosa scivola delicata-
mente verso il finale. Matura in acciaio
per 12 mesi e in barrique per altri 6

P ale straw yellow hue with yellow-
green highlights. Scent of green
apple, pear and medlar. Then anise and
slight recalls of tangerine. Freshly cut
grass. The drink is fresh and savoury
and the structure is well modulated.
Vegetal finish. Fermentation and aging

D ense ruby red hue. The initial
sweet spice of vanilla and white
pepper accompanies a basket of ripe
red fruit, cherries and black cherries.
On the palate, clear tannins well inte-
grated and elegant. Scents of rose gen-
tly present in the finish. Aging in steel
for 12 months and in barrique for fur-
