a una veste cardinalizia. Fitto ed
espressivo, propone riferimenti di
viola e geranio ben fusi a pepe verde,
marasca, mora. Resina di pino. Esuberante
e fresco, mostra un tannino graffiante
ancora da domare per un equilibrio che
sarà raggiunto sicuramente in un prossimo
divenire. Ha corpo, personalità e spensie-
ratezza giovanile. Maturazione in acciaio
per 5 mesi. OSSOBUCO AL FORNO

olore quasi purpureo. Geranio, viola,
prugna e confettura di more. Spezie
dolci e fine tostatura. In bocca presenta un
profilo copioso ma ben calibrato, con pre-
cisa e riconoscibile trama tannica. L'ottima
percezione alcolica ne irrobustisce la strut-
tura che il futuro avrà difficoltà a scalfire.
La persistenza è viva e integralmente lunga,
segna un finale di rara eccellenza. In accia-
io per 5 mesi, in barrique per 12 mesi.

releases hints of viola and geraniumwell
blended with green pepper, morello cherry,
blackberry. Pine resin. Exuberant and fresh, it
shows harsh tannins yet to be tamed for a
balance that will surely be achieved in the
near future. It has body, personality and you-
thful lightness. Aging in steel for 5 months.

lmost purple hue. Geranium, viola,
plum and blackberry jam. Sweet spices
and fine toasty. On the palate, it has an impor-
tant but well calibrated profile, with precise
and recognizable tannic texture. The excellent
warmth perception strengthens the structure
that will not be modified over time. Its persi-
stence is vivacious and integrally long, it marks
a finish of rare excellence. In steel for 5
months, in barriques for 12 months.
