ghtness. Intense hints of apple and
dandelion, with almond nuances in the
background. On the palate, it shows great
structure and lingers on an enfolding
alcoholic component. Hints of broom
and exotic fruit emerge in the finish.

ntense ruby red hue. Elegantly varietal
nose with aromas of rose and viola follo-
wed by nuances of blackberries and nut-
meg. In the mouth, it is remarkable for its
good structure and for its admirable plea-
santness, thanks to a freshness that makes
the drink intriguing. Floral aromas of morel-
lo cherry in the long finish. Aging in steel for
10 months and in barriques for 6 months.
CAPRETTO ALLE ERBE AROMATICHE
G
iallo verdolino di pregiata lumino-
sità. Intensi sentori di mela e taras-
saco, con nuance di mandorla in sotto-
fondo. Al palato mostra grande struttura
e indugia su un'avvolgente componente
alcolica. Cenni di ginestra e frutta esoti-
ca emergono in chiusura. Maturazione
in acciaio per 6 mesi. MAIALINO IN
PORCHETTA
R
osso rubino intenso. Naso elegan-
temente varietale con profumi di
rosa e viola a cui si aggiungono sfuma-
ture di more e noce moscata. In bocca
colpisce per la buona struttura e per la
mirabile gradevolezza, grazie a una fre-
schezza che rende intrigante la beva.
Aromi floreali e di marasca nel lungo
finale. Matura in acciaio per 10 mesi e
in barrique per 6 mesi.
