e zagara. Sbuffi salmastri e cenni di
pistacchio. Interessante avvolgenza
gustativa, supportata da buona freschez-
za e pacata sapidità con ottimo equili-
brio. Matura in acciaio per 2 mesi.

osso rubino orlato di granato.
Seducenti profumi di viola, gera-
nio e iris, poi frutta sotto spirito. Il bou-
quet si arricchisce di toni fumé e cenni
speziati di coriandolo, ginepro. Secco e
decisamente caldo, prospetta un tanni-
no teso con ottima persistenza e conso-
lidata struttura. Sicuramente il tempo
non lo spaventa. Vinificato in acciaio.
