G iallo paglierino. Sambuco, zagara,
fiori secchi, mandorla, nespola e
asparago. In bocca discreta l'alcolicità
supportata da buona freschezza e sapi-
dità tali da favorire un allungo gustativo
su agrumi e pomacee. Delicata chiusu-
ra amaricante ed erbacea. Maturazione
in acciaio per 5 mesi. QUAGLIA IN
CASSERUOLA
Cerasuolo dai riflessi ramati.
Profumi di geranio, ciclamino,
fiori appassiti, fragole selvatiche, angu-
ria e melograno. Al gusto è fresco, caldo
e morbido al contempo, di buon equili-
brio. Chiude su ribes, more e mirtilli.
Fermenta e matura in acciaio per 6

S traw yellow hue. Elderberry, oran-
ge blossom, dried flowers, almond,
medlar and asparagus. In the mouth,
alcohol content supported by good fre-
shness and savor that grant a gustatory
extension on citrus and pome fruit.
Delicate embittering and herbaceous
finish. Aging in steel for 5 months.

Cherry red with coppery highlights.
Aromas of geranium, cyclamen,
withered flowers, wild strawberries,
watermelon and pomegranate. The
taste is fresh, warm and soft at the same
time, of good balance. In the finish,
currants, blackberries and blueberries
hints. Ferments and ages in steel for 6
