iallo paglierino scintillante con rifles-
si tendenti all’oro. Naso che si espri-
me con calma rivelando fiori di zagara,
pera e salvia. Dinamico nel calice, i profu-
mi virano poi verso note più evolute di
canfora, legumi e cera d’api. Bocca inten-
sa, sapida e asciutta. Equilibrio fine e per-
sistente. Fermenta e matura parte in accia-
io e parte in botti piccole per 14 mesi.

osso rubino impenetrabile di matrice
consistente. Marasca stramatura, car-
rube e rose rosse, china, coriandolo e chio-
di di garofano. Un’importante morbidezza
accompagna un tannino giovane ma di
sublime texture, mentre la freschezza e la
discreta sapidità concedono uno spiraglio
all’alcol solo nel finale. Il perfetto equili-
brio è affidato al tempo che armonizzerà il
tutto. Fermentazione in acciaio e matura-
zione in barrique per 20 mesi.

parkling straw yellow hue with
highlights tending to gold. Nose that
expresses itself calmly revealing orange
blossom, pear and sage. Dynamic in the
chalice, the aromas then turn towards
more evolved notes of camphor, legumes
and beeswax. Intense, savory and dry taste.
Fine and persistent balance. It ferments
and ripens partly in steel and partly in

Overripe morello cherry, carob and red
roses, cinchona, coriander and cloves. An
important softness accompanies a young
tannin of sublime texture, while freshness
and decent savor grant a possibility to the
alcohol only in the finish. The perfect
balance is entrusted to time that will har-
monize the whole. Fermentation in steel
and aging in barrique for 20 months.
