S traw yellow hue with sparkling golden
streaks. Accents of dandelion, mimo-
sa, pepper and green almond. Hints of gra-
vel and it amazes with scents of ginger and
lime, anise and avocado. Taut, lively and
dynamic, it emphasizes vivacity and gene-
rous aromaticity. Aging in steel, partly in
large barrels, for 7 months. POLLO AL

Dense ruby hue. It shows a dark and
penetrating profile with scents of rose
and cyclamen, moss, humus and tea lea-
ves. It alternates recalls of graphite with
black pepper, red plums and goji berries. It
evokes character and determination with
tannic thrust and vibrant vivacity.
Mysterious and intriguing, it shows fruity
recalls. In steel, then in barrique for 16

P aglierino dalle scintillanti trame dora-
te. Dipinge accenti di tarassaco,
mimosa, peperone e mandorla verde.
Dona immagini di ghiaia e stupisce con
zenzero e lime, anice e avocado. Teso,
vivo e dinamico, sottolinea brio e genero-
sa aromaticità. Matura in acciaio, parte in
botte grande, per 7 mesi. POLLO AL
LIME
Rubino concentrato. Manifesta profilo
scuro e penetrante con rosa e ciclami-
no, muschio, humus e foglie di tè. Alterna
ricordi di grafite a pepe nero, prugne rosse
e bacche di goji. Evoca carattere e determi-
nazione con spinta tannica e vibranti viva-
cità. Misterioso e intrigante, delinea fruttati
ritorni. Acciaio, poi barrique per 16 mesi.
