aglierino vivace, è di discreta con-
sistenza. Mela cotogna e fiori di
tiglio presentano il disegno aromatico,
con variabili di miele ed elicrisio.
L’ingresso in bocca è subito verde ma va
ad arrotondarsi su note di pesca bianca
e salvia. Caldo e sapido, l’equilibrio è
centrato e la persistenza notevole.
Maturazione in acciaio per 6 mesi.

iallo paglierino con riflessi verdo-
lini. Buona intensità olfattiva di
mimosa e ananas non ancora maturo. Al
palato è molto delicato e fresco, oli
essenziali di sottofondo che portano alla
chiusura agrumata ed erbacea di lime e
timo. Vinificato in acciaio per 3 mesi.

ivacious straw yellow hue, it is
fairly consistent. Quince and lin-
den flowers introduce the aromatic pro-
file, with also honey and helichrysum
scents. On the palate, the entry is imme-
diately green but it becomes smooth on
notes of white peach and sage. Warm
and savory, the balance is proper with
remarkable persistence. Aging in steel

highlights. Good olfactory intensity
of mimosa and unripe pineapple. The
palate is very delicate and fresh, essential
oils on the base lead to a citrus and her-
baceous finish with scents of lime and
thyme. Vinified in steel for 3 months.
