iallo paglierino con riflessi verdolini.
Naso timido che stenta a esprimersi
ma che lentamente si apre facendo apprez-
zare note di limone maturo, camomilla,
anice stellato. Leggero ricordo marino.
Palato asciutto e caldo, con la freschezza
che sovrasta la sapidità che esce nel finale.
Finezza persistente. Vinificazione in acciaio
e parte in tonneau per 8 mesi. LASAGNA

ubino intenso. Geranio e chiodi di
garofano, prugna matura e more di
rovo. Sensazione mentolata. Sorso caldo e
avvolgente con un tannino in evidenza di
buona fattura ma dalla verve ancora giova-
ne. Lungo e fine, necessita ancora di qual-
che tempo per smussare il carattere da
ragazzino. Fermenta in botte grande e
matura in tonneau per 24 mesi. MEZZE

traw yellow hue with yellow-green
highlights. On the nose, faint scents, it
opens with notes of ripe lemon, chamomile
and star anise. Slight salty reminiscence.
Dry and warm on the palate, with clear fre-
shness, savor comes out only in the finish.
Persistent finesse. Vinification in steel and
partly in tonneau for 8months. LASAGNA

ripe plum and blackberries. Mentholated
sensation. Warm and fulfilling sip with
clear and good tannins with still young
verve. Long and fine sensations, it still
needs time to smooth out its young taste.
Fermented in large barrels and aged in ton-
