aglierino luminoso, quasi dorato.
Confettura di albicocca, pesca, ananas
e passion fruit, scorza di agrumi canditi.
Mimosa e sambuco. Anice, vaniglia e
macis, torrone e cera d’api. La pienezza
gustativa è avvolta da morbidi polialcoli,
ben bilanciati dalla freschezza e sapidità
incalzanti. Teso ed equilibrato, chiude con
mandorla e finocchio. Fermentazione e
maturazione in legno e acciaio per 12 mesi.

rillante oro giallo. Impatto olfattivo
variegato con percezioni di vinacce
fermentate, buccia di mela macerata, pera
angelica e mela annurca. Spezie esotiche
di cardamomo e zenzero. Soffi di eucalip-
to. Netta sferzata acido-sapida retta dalla
vena alcolica che rende il tutto avvolgente.
Lunga persistenza di frutta gialla in confet-
tura. Matura in acciaio e barrique per 9
mesi.

Apricot jam, peach, pineapple and pas-
sion fruit, sweetened by candied citrus peel.
Mimosa and elderberryi. Anise, vanilla and
mace recall the spicy scents. Nougat and bee-
swax. The fullness of taste is enveloped by soft
spolyalcohols, well balanced by freshness and
savor. Tight and measured, the long finish lea-
ves recalls of almond and fennel. Fermentation
and maturation in wood and steel for 12
months.
