Colore paglierino con luminose stria-
ture verdoline. Bergamotto e zagara
di limone, fiori bianchi di gelsomino,
tiglio. Sentori salmastri e di selce. In
bocca si presenta dinamico ma in buon
equilibrio, con spiccata sapidità e rispon-
denza. Chiude gradualmente e piacevol-
mente su aromi agrumati. Matura in
cemento per 6 mesi. n CAPPESANTE
GRATINATE
Paglierino intenso e lucente.
Biancospino, pesca, mughetto, erba
citrina e vaniglia. Al palato risalta il
bilanciato intreccio di freschezza e sapi-
dità, ben sostenute da struttura importan-
te. Vegetale e amaricante nel finale, con
una lieve nota affumicata. Maturazione
in cemento per 12 mesi e lungo affina-

Straw yellow hue with bright yellow-
green streaks. Ample nose on the-
mes of bergamot and lemon blossom,
and then white floral of jasmine, linden.
Brackish and flint hints. On the palate,
it is dynamic but in good balance, with
marked savour and correspondence. It
closes gradually and pleasantly on
citrus aromas. Matures in concrete for 6

Intense and bright straw yellow hue.
Hawthorn, peach, lily of the valley,
lemon verbena and vanilla. On the
palate, outstanding balanced blend bet-
ween freshness and savor, well suppor-
ted by an important structure. Vegetal
and bitter hints in the finish, with a light
smoky note. Maturation in concrete for
12 months and long aging in bottle. n
