Verdolino vivace. Apre con frutta gialla
dolce, nespola, cedro, cachi.
Seguono fiori di campo, erba cedrina,
liquirizia. La spezie rimandano a ginepro e
sesamo. Sensazione odorosa salmastra
sullo sfondo. All'assaggio risulta pungente,
fresco con accenno salino, concludendo
su tracce di pomacee. Vinificazione in
acciaio. n RISOTTO AI MOSCARDINI
Colore paglierino. Al naso lavanda,
fiori secchi, farina di castagna, noc-
ciola tostata, malto d'orzo, mango, frutto
della passione. Sensazione iodata. Al pala-
to il grado alcolico importante viene equi-
librato dalla freschezza. Finisce intenso,
persistente ricordando papaia e frutta
secca. Fermentazione e maturazione in

Lively yellow-green hue. On the nose,
immediate scents of sweet yellow fruit,
medlar, cedar, persimmon. Wildflowers,
lemon verbena and licorice. Spicy of juniper
and sesame. Brackish sensation in the back-
ground. On the palate, it is pungent, fresh
with a salty hint, finish on traces of pome
fruit. Vinification in steel. n RISOTTO AI

Straw yellow hue. On the nose, scents
of lavender, dried flowers, chestnut
flour, toasted hazelnut, barley malt,
mango, passion fruit. Iodized sensation.
On the palate, an important alcohol con-
tent is balanced by freshness. It finishes
intense, persistent recalling papaya and
dried fruit. Fermentation and maturation in
