dolini. Timo limonato, mentuccia e
salvia. Mela annurca e pesca bianca su
un leggero sfondo iodato. L’ingresso in
bocca è caldo e avvolgente, per poi
distendersi fresco e ammandorlato. Bella
sapidità nel finale. Fermenta in cemento
ove rimane per 10 mesi.

aglierino lucente. Mela renetta, pera,
nocciola e mandorle tostate si fondo-
no con sensazioni mediterranee di mirto,
ginestra e anice verde. Denota spessore,
potenza e morbidezza, con equilibrio
magistrale dato dalla sapidità e dalla spinta
fresca. Persistente. Fermentazione e matu-
razione in cemento, una parte in anfora,
per 10 mesi.

highlights. Aromatic herbs and lemon
thyme, mint and sage. Annurca apple and
white peach on a light iodized background.
On the palate, it is warm and enveloping,
and then fresh and almondy. Nice savor in
the finish. It ferments in concrete for 10
months.

sensations of myrtle, broom and green
anise. On the palate, body, power and soft-
ness, with a masterful balance given by
savor and a great fresh boost.Tenacious per-
sistence. Fermentation and maturation in
concrete, partly in amphora, for 10 months.
