ubino fitto, profondo. Ricco all'ol-
fatto con prevalenti sentori di mara-
sca, glicine, fieno, radice di liquirizia.
Crescono con il tempo le note dolci
insieme a una leggera nota ematica. In
bocca è caldo, possente, gustoso.
L'importante tessitura tannica garantisce
longevità ed è coadiuvata da una soste-
nuta spalla acida. Acciaio per 18 mesi e
breve passaggio in legno.

osso rubino con riflessi violacei.
Ha profumi freschi di viola, gera-
nio e prugna rossa. Il sorso è avvolgen-
te, gustoso ed equilibrato. Tannini gar-
bati e setosi. Chiude con saporite sensa-
zioni fruttate. Matura in acciaio per 12
mesi.

the nose, with prevailing hints of
marasca cherry, wisteria, hay, licorice
root. Then sweet notes tand a light
blood note. In the mouth, it is warm,
powerful, tasty. The important tannic
texture guarantees longevity and is sup-
ported by a high acidity. In steel for 18
months then in wooden barrels a short
time.
