sweet yellow flowers, grapefruit, mown
grass and a light brackish hint. Fresh, savory
taste, with alcohol in full evidence. Finish
on pink melon. Matures in steel for 6
months.

file with scents of acacia, mimosa,
green tea and hay. It also offers hints of
citrus peel, kiwi, green apple. When tasted,
the important acidity is balanced by soft-
ness and alcohol, making it long and plea-
sant to drink. It ends with a juicy orange.
Maturation in steel for 7 months.

aglierino luminoso. Ventaglio olfatti-
vo di acacia, mimosa, tè verde e
fieno. Propone anche scorza di agrumi,
kiwi, mela verde. All'assaggio l'importan-
te acidità si pone in equilibrio con la mor-
bidezza e l'alcolicità rendendo la beva
lunga e gradevole. Conclude con arancia
succulenta. Maturazione in acciaio per 7
mesi.
