noscimenti di acacia e bianco-
spino. Il fruttato ricorda nespola e giug-
giola e sfocia su accenni agrumati di
lime, erba cedrina. Freschezza e sapidi-
tà danno vivacità al sorso, ben bilancia-
to dalle calde sensazioni gliceriche.
Maturazione in acciaio per 5 mesi.

ubino vivace. Bouquet composto
da fragola e lampone, viola e iris.
Seguono tracce intriganti di muschio e
peperone verde. Assaggio fresco, accen-
tuato dall'irruente tannino, con una pia-
cevole giovinezza e una ottima persi-
stenza. In acciaio per 4 mesi e in rovere
grande per 12 mesi.

and hawthorn. The fruitiness recalls
medlar and jujube and leads to citrus
hints of lime, lemon verbena. Freshness
