G iallo paglierino pieno dai primi
riflessi oro. Al naso i profumi di
pesca e albicocca sono accompagnati
da richiami di erbe aromatiche, tra le
quali spicca la salvia. Avvolgenza e
alcolicità sono bilanciate dalla buona
componente di freschezza. Nel finale
ritorna sulle note erbacee. Vinificato in
acciaio per 4 mesi. n GNOCCHETTI
CON SUGO BIANCO DI PESCE
Colore rosso rubino dai riflessi por-
pora. Intenso l’impatto fruttato che
ricorda la polpa di ciliegie e amarene,
anche in confettura. Al gusto prevale la
componente tannica che accompagna
la chiusura speziata di pepe nero.
Matura in botte grande di legno per 4

F ull straw yellow hue with golden
highlights. On the nose, the aromas
of peach and apricot are accompanied
by hints of aromatic herbs, among
which sage stands out. Envelopment
and alcoholicity are balanced by the
good component of freshness. In the
end it returns to the herbaceous notes.
Vinified in steel for 4 months. n

Ruby red hue with purple highlights.
Intense fruity impact that recalls the
flesh of cherries and black cherries, and
aromas of the same fruit jam. The taste is
dominated by a tannic component that
accompanies a spicy finish with scents of
black pepper. It ages in large wooden bar-
