ubino impenetrabile. Percezioni di
garofano e viola leggermente mace-
rati, poi peperone, mora, marasca e aran-
cia sanguinella. Soffuso alone tostato con
pepe nero e ginepro. L'assaggio è possen-
te e ricco. Di struttura granitica e generosa
dotazione alcolica in un perfetto equili-
brio, presenta tannini nobili di rara estra-
zione. Lungo è il finale balsamico. Matura
in legno per 12 mesi.

slightly macerated carnation and viola,
then pepper, blackberry, morello cherry
and blood orange. Soft toasted puff with
black pepper and juniper. The taste is
powerful and rich. Very strong structure
and generous alcohol content in perfect
balance, it has noble tannins of rare extrac-
tion. Long balsamic finish. Maturation in
wood for 12 months.
