iallo dorato delicato. Rosa gialla e
mimosa accompagnati da bianco-
spino, camomilla, mandorla, fieno.
Seguono cenni di agrumi. In bocca è
ricco di sapore, con alcol e morbidezza
proporzionati alle componenti fresco-
sapide. In chiusura torna l'aroma di
mandorla e cera d’api. Matura in
cemento per 6 mesi.

osso porpora esemplare. Viola,
rosa rossa e ciclamino, amarena e
visciola. Gusto pieno con tannino che
trova sintonia con morbidezza e fre-
schezza. Sorso raffinato che accarezza
il palato, con finale lungo giocato su
alcolicità e sapidità. Maturazione in
cemento per 12 mesi. cemento per 12

elicate golden yellow hue. It
opens timidly floral with scents of
yellow rose and mimosa, accompanied
by hawthorn, chamomile, almond, hay.
Then hints of citrus. On the palate, it is
rich in flavor, with alcohol and softness
in proportion to the fresh-savory com-
ponents. Aromas of almond and bee-
swax in the finish. Aging in concrete for
6 months.
