olore paglierino dai riflessi verdo-
lini. Bouquet di buona intensità su
note di cedro, bergamotto, pasta di
mandorle e mentuccia. L’ingresso in
bocca è morbido, giustamente caldo e
fresco. Snello e scorrevole, con una
presenza vellutata che ricorda la spre-
muta di cedro. Vinificato in acciaio.

rillante, gioca sulle delicatissime
note del giallo verdolino. Si apre
con degli accenni verdi di sedano ed
erba cedrina, vira poi verso mela matu-
ra, elicriso e cedro candito. Al palato è
avvolgente, con una verve sapida che
dà la spinta necessaria a chiudere il cer-
chio dell’equilibrio. Intenso e persisten-
te, la glicerina lascia spazio a una chiu-
sura salina. Matura in acciaio per 6
mesi.

highlights. Bouquet of good intensi-
ty with notes of cedar, bergamot,
almond paste and calamint. On the
palate, it is soft, rightly warm and fresh.
Slender and fluid, with a velvety presen-
ce reminiscent of citron juice. Vinified in
steel.

right, it plays on very delicate sha-
des of yellow-green hue. It opens
with green hints of celery and lemon
verbena, then turns towards ripe apple,
helichrysum and candied citron. On the
palate it is enveloping, with a savory
verve that gives the necessary boost to
close the circle of balance. Intense and
persistent, scents of glycerin give way to
a saline finish. Maturation in steel for 6
months.
