Delicati profumi di biancospino e
sambuco accompagnano mandorla,
mela golden e cenni di scorza di cedro.
A seguire pietra focaia, anice, pepe bian-
co. Secco ma dal cuore caldo, elargisce
spiccata freschezza e determinata sapidi-
tà che conducono a un finale piacevol-
mente amaricante. Matura in acciaio per
8 mesi.

aglierino dai riverberi verdolini.
Interessante il quadro olfattivo che
manifesta una profonda scia agrumata e
floreale dalla mineralità decisa e ben
espressa. Pietra focaia, sentori marini e
delicati slanci di idrocarburi. Il sorso è
caratterizzato da spiccata freschezza e
tenace sapidità, in un equilibrio quasi per-
fetto. Retrogusto persistente. Permane in
acciaio per 8 mesi.

accompany scents of almond, golden
apple and hints of cedar peel. Then flint,
anise, white pepper. Dry but warm, it has
marked freshness and determined savor
which lead to a pleasantly bitter finish. In
matures in steel for 8 months.

highlights. The olfactory profile is
interesting, showing a deep citrus and flo-
ral trail with strong and well expressed
minerality. Flint, marine scents and delica-
te hydrocarbons. The sip is characterized
by marked freshness and tenacious savor,
in almost perfect balance. Persistent after-
taste. It remains in steel for 8 months.
