low plum, orange blossom flowers.
Aromatic herbs. The good balance on the
palate is guaranteed by well-combined fre-
shness and softness. In the finish, it recalls
vegetal hints, but, this time, of freshly cut
grass, with almond recalls. Maturation in

highlights. Elegant. Gunpowder and
just rubbed match, hydrocarbons. White
flowers and citrus peel. Savor and freshness
are accompanied by volume and body.
The mineral and savory aftertaste is
endless. Fermentation and maturation in
steel, on its own yeasts, for 18 months. n

G iallo paglierino intenso. Pesca e susi-
na gialla, fiori di zagara. Erbe aroma-
tiche. Un buon equilibrio al palato è
garantito da freschezza e morbidezza ben
combinate. Nel finale richiama il vegetale,
ma stavolta di erba appena tagliata, con
ricordi ammandorlati. Matura in acciaio

Colore paglierino dai caldi riflessi
dorati. Elegante. Polvere da sparo e
fiammifero appena strofinato, idrocarburi.
Fiori bianchi e scorza di agrumi. Sapidità e
freschezza sono accompagnati da volume
e struttura. Interminabile il retrogusto
minerale e sapido. Fermentazione e matu-
razione in acciaio, sui propri lieviti, per 18
