note erbacee su sfondo agrumato di cedro.
Sorso energico e dinamico, orchestrato
da esuberante freschezza e diligente
sapidità, con apporto glicerico e alcoli-
co all'altezza. Lunga persistenza su
riverberi di agrume. Fermenta e matura
in acciaio per 6 mesi.

so di fiori bianchi, nespola,
cedro, alternati a mandorla verde e
anice. Sentori salmastri. Al gusto emerge
il profilo fresco-sapido, ben bilanciato
dalle avvolgenti morbidezze. Finale che
si snoda piacevolelmente coerente con
le percezioni olfattive. Maturazione in
acciaio per 6 mesi.
