elicate straw yellow hue with evi-
dent yellow-green nuances.
Jasmine, elderberry, green pepper,
almond and brackish hints. Lime, lemon-
grass and green medlar. Sip of extraordi-
nary depth that slowly widens on a clear
freshness and persuasive softness to sur-
prise in the finish that lingers savory.
Maturation in steel for 4 months.

SALMONE IN CROSTA DI PISTACCHI

elicato paglierino con evidenti nuan-
ce verdine. Gelsomino, sambuco,
peperone verde, mandorla e sentori salma-
stri. Lime, citronella e nespola verde. Sorso
di straordinaria profondità che si allarga
lentamente su una decisa freschezza e sua-
dente morbidezza per sorprendere nella
chiusura che si allunga sapida.
Maturazione in acciaio per 4 mesi.

SALMONE IN CROSTA DI PISTACCHI
P
aglierino luminoso con intarsi verdo-
lini. Ginestra, mimosa e cera d'api.
Mandorla, tartufo e zolfo. Anice e vani-
glia, nespola e melone bianco. L'intreccio
di freschezza e sapidità stempera una
struttura di rilievo. Equilibrio perfetto.
Lunghissimo dagli intriganti ricordi
ammandorlati. Fermenta e matura in
acciaio per 4 mesi, poi in cemento vetrifi-
cato per altri 12 mesi.
