Macerata
Colore dorato. Sentori vegetali e flo-
reali: sottobosco, muschio, erba
tagliata, glicine e tiglio. Pesca gialla, albi-
cocca e melone. Sbuffo minerale di pietra
pomice. Al sorso è di bella sapidità che
appaga e caratterizza l’equilibrio gustativo
con la nota alcolica. Accento amaricante
nel finale che chiude netto e pulito.
Riposa in acciaio per 17 mesi. n
LASAGNE DI MARE
Rubino con riflessi granato. Profumi di
geranio, rosa rossa e viola. Frutta
sotto spirito e in confettura, come ciliegia,
prugna rossa e marasca. Lieve sentore di
carruba e ricordi tostati. Sorso caldo, cari-
co, dal tannino ancora teso, con il tratto
alcolico che si fa prevalente e avvolgente.
Chiude su ritorni di frutti rossi. Matura in
acciaio, sui lieviti, per 40 mesi. n

G olden hue. Vegetal and floral
scents: undergrowth, moss, cut
grass, wisteria and lime. Yellow peach,
apricot and melon. Mineral puff of
pumice stone. On the palate it has a
nice savor that satisfies and characteri-
zes the gustatory balance with the alco-
holic note. Bitter accent in the finish that
closes neat and clean. It rests in steel for

50% Merlot, 50% Sangiovese
Alcohol 13.5% - €10 - Btls. 1,200
Ruby red hue with garnet highlights.
Aromas of geranium, red rose and
viola. Fruit in alcohol and jam, such as
cherries, red plums and morello cherries.
Slight hints of carob and toasted recalls.
Warm, full sip, with tannins still tight, with
an alcoholic trait that becomes prevalent
and enveloping. It closes on recalls of red
fruits. Maturation in steel, on yeasts, for 40
