Veste paglierino. Ginestra, albicocca,
pesca gialla, cenni agrumati, erbe
aromatiche. Palato potente e caldo ravvi-
vato da vibrante sapidità in sinergia con
puntuale freschezza. Progressione finale
con ritorni floreali e mandorla tostata.
Fermenta inizialmente in acciaio poi in
botte. Matura in legno grande per 9 mesi,
sui propri lieviti. n CALAMARI RIPIENI
Giallo paglierino lucente. Al naso spic-
cano profumi di zagara, prugna gial-
la, timo e mandorla, con nota sulfurea da
gradevole sfondo. Sorso morbido per gene-
roso abbraccio glicerico, con tensione sapi-
da garante di equilibrio. Epilogo persistente
con richiami di mandorla. Fermentazione
in acciaio e legno, poi sosta in botte per 9

S traw yellow hue. Broom, apricot, yel-
low peach, hints of citrus, aromatic
herbs. Powerful and warm palate enlive-
ned by vibrant savor in synergy with right
freshness. Final progression with floral
recalls and toasted almond. It ferments ini-
tially in steel then in barrels. It matures in
large wooden barrels for 9 months, on its

Bright straw yellow hue. On the nose,
outstanding aromas of orange blos-
som, yellow plum, thyme and almond, with
a pleasant sulphur note. Soft sip for a gene-
rous glyceric presence, with sapid tension
guaranteeing balance. Persistent finish with
hints of almond. Fermentation in steel and
wood, then in barrels for 9 months. n
