G iallo paglierino. Profilo olfattivo di
fiori bianchi di gelsomino e acacia,
pera, su sfondo agrumato di cedro.
Delicate nuance di erbe aromatiche.
Gusto imperniato su decisa impronta
sapida ed epilogo con tracce citrine.
Maturazione in acciaio per 6 mesi. n
CRUDO DI SCAMPI
Manto rosso rubino. Esordisce con
confettura di ribes rosso, amarena,
vira quindi su note speziate pungenti di
cannella e pepe verde. Sensazioni di
china, rabarbaro e liquirizia. In bocca è
caldo, avvolgente, ma presto equilibrato
da tannino e acidità rinfrescanti. Chiude
persistente con aromi fruttati e scia amari-
cante. Fermenta e matura in barrique per

Straw yellow hue. Olfactory profile
with scents of white flowers such as
jasmine and acacia, pear, on a citrus
cedar in the background. Delicate nuan-
ces of aromatic herbs. On the palate, a
clear savory imprint and a finish with
citrine trails. Maturation in steel for 6

Alcohol 14% - €30 - Btls. 30,000
R uby red hue. It begins with notes of
red currant jam, black cherry, then
turns to pungent spicy notes of cinna-
mon and green pepper. Sensations of
cinchona, rhubarb and licorice. In the
mouth, it is warm, enveloping, but soon
balanced by refreshing tannins and aci-
dity. It closes persistently with fruity aro-
mas and a bitter trail. Fermentation and
aging in barrique for 12 months. n
