punta di piedi con profumi di sambu-
co, legno umido ed erba cedrina. Pietra
focaia, anice, pepe bianco sono intarsiati
a mela cotogna e nespola. Il sorso è
caldo, sapido, morbido in una struttura
regale. Lunga la durata dalla chiusura
delicatamente gessosa. Vinificato in
acciaio per 3 mesi.

focaia, percezioni salmastre, anice
e zenzero, vaniglia. Energica freschezza
e fine sapidità sono perfettamente in
equilibrio con morbidezza e alcol.
Lunghissime sensazioni finali amman-
dorlate. Fermentazione e maturazione in
acciaio per 12 mesi, con periodici
batonnage.

na. Flint, anise, white pepper blend with
quince and medlar. The sip is warm,
savory, soft in a regal body. Long lasting
finish with a delicately chalky hint.
