T rama cromatica paglierino. Mimosa
e zagara, tocco sulfureo e refoli
erbacei. Espressione olfattiva dritta, ben
registrata, completata dal fruttato matu-
ro di albicocca e nespola. Al palato è
pieno, caldo, scorrevole, fresco, soste-
nuto da una percettibile sapidità quasi
salmastra. Fermenta e matura, parte in
acciaio e parte in barrique, per 8 mesi.
n LINGUINE ALL'ERBA CEDRINA
Paglierino dalle tonalità dorate. Al
naso si presenta con sentori erbacei
completati da fruttati esotici e lievi
accenni agrumati. Al gusto è vivace,
caratterizzato da una buona freschezza
che si assottiglia in chiusura, lasciando
una presenza sapida e piacevolmente
amaricante. Matura in acciaio per 4

S traw yellow hue. Mimosa and oran-
ge blossom, sulphurous touch and
herbaceous puffs. Straight, well registe-
red olfactory expression, completed by
fruity scents of ripe apricot and medlar.
On the palate, it is full, warm, easy-drin-
king, fresh, supported by a perceptible,
almost brackish savor. It ferments and
ages, partly in steel and partly in barri-

Straw yellow hue with golden tones.
The nose shows herbaceous hints
complemented by exotic fruity hints and
slight citrus scents. The taste is lively,
characterized by a good freshness that
fades away in the finish, leaving a savory
and pleasantly bitter presence. Aging in
