Riverberi minerali sulfurei nel retrogu-
sto. Vinificato in acciaio.

osso rubino. Erbe aromatiche,
alloro, timo e rosmarino. Scia bal-
samica, spruzzo di pepe bianco, sbuffi
di cioccolato e carruba. La freschezza
domina al gusto, lieve il corpo, ben
gestito il tannino sulla spalla alcolica
che lo rende equilibrato. Matura in
botte grande di rovere per 12 mesi.

floral aromas of hawthorn and
lime, fruity notes of Williams pear and
yellow plum. Vegetal tones. On the
palate, it is fresh and savory, clear
entrance on the palate, pleasantly persi-
stent and well balanced. Sulphurous
mineral references in the aftertaste.
Vinified in steel.

large oak barrels for 12 months.
