P aglierino luminoso. Gamma odoro-
sa di buona intensità con riconosci-
menti di rosa gialla e fresia, ai quali si
aggiungono susina, agrumi e maggiora-
na. Bocca avvolgente e morbida con
tempestiva matrice fresco-sapida che
richiama l'esperienza agrumata e di
erbe aromatiche. Rimane in acciaio per
10 mesi sulle fecce fini. n ORATA AL
FORNO CON ERBE AROMATICHE
R osso rubino. Impatto olfattivo di
prugna, mora e chiodi di garofano.
A completare ginepro e leggera nota di
noce moscata. Al gusto è vivo, con tan-
nino integrato che agisce in equilibrio
con tutte le altre componenti.
Persistente con ritorni di note fruttate.
Matura in barrique per 18 mesi. n

Bright straw yellow hue. Fragrant
profile of good intensity with hints
of yellow rose and freesia, then plum,
citrus and marjoram. Enveloping and
soft mouth with a timely fresh-savory
matrix that recalls the citrus and aroma-
tic herbs experience. It remains in steel
for 10 months on fine lees. n ORATA AL

Doc red
85% Montepulciano, 15% Sangiovese
Alcohol 13.5% - €13 – Btls. 1,100
Ruby red hue. Olfactory impact with
scents of plum, blackberry and clo-
ves. Then juniper and a light note of nut-
meg. On the palate,it is lively, with inte-
grated tannins in balance with all the
other components. Persistent with recalls
of fruity notes. Aged in barrique for 18
