aglierino, quasi verdolino. Apre
intenso su sambuco, zagara, fiori di
limone, kiwi, frutta bianca non matura. In
bocca entra deciso, l'acidità tagliente
porta a sensazioni di estrema freschezza.
Netta la sapidità. Il pieno equilibrio non è
ancora raggiunto ma denota buone capa-
cità evolutive. Chiude con mela acerba e
mandorla verde. Matura in acciaio per 7
mesi.

VELLUTATA DI CECI
R
ubino vivace. Al naso spicca la nota
di rosa seguita da geranio, visciola,
lampone, foglia di pomodoro. Sbuffo bal-
samico ed erbaceo di muschio. Secco al
gusto, con freschezza e grado alcolico
ben equilibrati. Il tannino un po’ruvido, in
via di integrazione, porta a lieve sensazio-
ne amaricante conclusiva. In botte grande
per 24 mesi.

traw yellow hue, almost yellow-green.
Intense scents of elderberry, orange
blossom, lemon blossom, kiwi, unripe
white fruit. In the mouth, it enters decisive-
ly, the sharp acidity leads to sensations of
extreme freshness. Clear savor. Full balance
not yet achieved, but it denotes good evo-
lutionary possibility. Finish with sour apple
and green almond scents. Maturation in
steel for 7 months.

ively ruby hue. On the nose, out-
standing note of rose followed by
geranium, sour cherry, raspberry, tomato
leaf. Balsamic and herbaceous puff of
musk. Dry on the palate, well-balanced
freshness and alcohol content. The sli-
ghtly rough tannin, not yet integrated,
leads to a slight bitter sensation in the
finish. In large barrels for 24 months.
