spuma si sviluppa velocemente ricca
di bollicine fini e persistenti regalando al
naso rosa rossa, ciclamino, cannella, pepe
bianco e prugna rossa. Al gusto moderata-
mente caldo ma di bella sapidità. Il tannino
è aggraziato e il finale è su petali rossi di
rosa. Gran parte delle uve appassite per 3
mesi. Sui lieviti per 10 mesi.

foam develops quickly, rich in fine and
persistent bubbles, giving the nose scents of red
rose, cyclamen, cinnamon, white pepper and
red plum. The taste is moderately warm but
with nice savor. The tannin is graceful and the
finish is on red rose petals. Most of the grapes
are dried for 3 months. On yeasts for 10
months.
