oro rosa. Buona l'intensità olfattiva che si
esprime con sensazioni di fiori secchi,
giuggiola, mela cotogna e noce. Al palato
è asciutto, grazie alla sferzante acidità
che entra in sinergia con il leggero tanni-
no e l'alcol. Finale su ricordi di sidro di

dot the glass like pearls of rose gold.
Good olfactory intensity which is expres-
sed with sensations of dried flowers, juju-
be, quince and walnut. On the palate, it
is dry, thanks to a boosting acidity that
enters into synergy with light tannins and
alcohol content. Finish on recalls of
apple cider. On yeasts for 36 months.

Finezza nei profumi, al primo
approccio si palesano fiori di ginestra,
pomacee mature e un accenno di vani-
glia. Evoluzioni di iodio e paglia. In

sente. L'ingresso è avvolgente e fresco,
con sensazioni che ricordano il coriando-
lo. Fine ed equilibrato. Sosta sui lieviti per
