continuo zampillio di fini bollicine.
Grande leggiadria al naso, sono ben avver-
tibili note di banana, ananas, melone
invernale, pera e gelsomino. La beva risul-
ta equilibrata e mostra freschezza decisa
senza risultare invadente. Interessante la
chiusura finale di buccia di agrumi ed erba
cedrina. Sosta sui lieviti per 4 mesi.
