uminoso rosa cerasuolo con stria-
ture aranciate. Al naso si percepi-
scono note di frutta matura che ricorda-
no la ciliegia, il lampone e il ribes.
Delicati sentori floreali completano il
quadro. Al gusto presenta una discreta
acidità avvolta dall’alcol e una buona
sapidità. Vinificato in acciaio.

PARMIGIANA DI MELANZANE
P
rofondo rosso rubino. Intensi profu-
mi di frutta e spezie: amarena,
ciliegia e prugna, vaniglia e pepe verde.
Volge a fragranze balsamiche che con-
ducono all’eucalipto e alla menta. Il
sorso è sostenuto dal tannino vigoroso
che tende a nascondere le morbidezze.
Nel finale ritornano i frutti rossi. In
acciaio per 12 mesi e in legno per 6
mesi.

streaks. On the nose, notes of ripe
fruit recalling cherry, raspberry and cur-
rant. Delicate floral scents complete the
profile. On the palate, it has a fair acidity
enveloped by alcohol and a good savor.
Vinified in steel.

eep ruby red hue. Intense aromas
of fruit and spices: black cherry,
cherry and plum, vanilla and green pep-
per. It turns to balsamic fragrances recal-
ling eucalyptus and mint. The sip is sup-
ported by vigorous tannins that tend to
hide its softness. In the finish, red fruits
recalls. In steel for 12 months and in
wooden barrel for 6 months.
