aglierino. Al naso acacia, accenni
iodati e di frutta fresca si intrecciano
a erbe aromatiche, lime e mela cotogna.
Al palato è di buona struttura. L'acidità,
prorompente, in via di integrazione con
la componente alcolica, dona un gusto-
olfattivo intenso e una chiusura amman-
dorlata. Vinificato in acciaio.

olore paglierino lucente con scre-
ziature verdoline. Apre floreale.
Note di alloro, finocchio, anice stellato e
mandorla verde rinfrescano l'olfatto, poi
arancia amara, zenzero e cenno di salse-
dine. In bocca risulta secco con fre-
schezza suadente che rende briosa la
beva e porta a un lungo finale di alga
marina. Matura in acciaio per 15 mesi.

traw yellow hue. On the nose,
scents of acacia and hints of iodine
and fresh fruit intertwined with aroma-
tic herbs, lime and quince. On the
palate, it is well structured. The bur-
sting acidity, in the process of integra-
tion with the alcoholic component,
gives an intense taste-olfactory feeling
with an almond finish. Vinified in steel.

right straw yellow hue, with yellow-
green streaks. On the nose, floral
notes, scents of bay leaf, fennel, star
anise and green almond refresh the nose,
then bitter orange, ginger and a hint of
salt. In the mouth, it is dry with persuasi-
ve freshness that makes the drink lively
and leads to a long finish with references
of seaweed. Maturation in steel for 15
months.
