Macerata
Rosso rubino vivo. Articola la sua
gamma odorosa con viola, rosa e
geranio, menta e foglie di tè. Lamponi,
ciliegie sotto spirito, prugne e datteri,
seguono anche cacao e caffè con pepe,
tabacco e note fumé. Coinvolgente e rassi-
curante, è dinamico. Dona energia tannica
e affilate vibrazioni. Felici ritorni.
Maturazione in legno grande per 18 mesi.
FILETTO ALLA GIULIO CESARE
R osso granato di media intensità, che
inizia a virare verso tonalità arancia-
te. Cardamomo, coriandolo, pepe bianco.
Profumi di ciliegia in confettura e note
vegetali. Vellutato e carezzevole, dalla
morbidezza che tenta di contrastare, con
successo, un tannino ancora in evoluzio-
ne. Retrogusto coerentemente complesso
di frutta e spezie. Fermenta in legno e ripo-
sa per 12 mesi in barrique. MAIALINO

with viola, rose, geranium, mint and
tea leaves. Raspberry, cherry in alcohol,

Involving and soothing, it is dynamic. It
gives tannic energy and sharp vibrations,
Nice aftertaste. Aging in large oak barrels

R ed garnet hue of medium intensity,
which starts turning to orange tones.
Cardamom, coriander, white pepper.
Cherry jam fragrances and vegetable notes.
Velvety and caressing, with softness that
tries to counteract, successfully, still evol-
ving tannins. Consistent complex aftertaste
with fruit and spice scents. Fermented in
wood and aging for 12 months in barri-
