Sensazioni nette di erbe aromati-
che, basilico, alle quali si accompagna-
no note dolci di fiori di sambuco, pas-
sion fruit e caramella d'orzo. Bocca
piena, morbidezza avvolgente ed accat-
tivante. Chiude con toni agrumati, quasi
aspri. Matura in acciaio per 4 mesi.

iallo paglierino intenso, con qual-
che riflesso verdolino. Impatto
olfattivo deciso, che spazia da mela e
pera verdi a ginestra e margherita, poi
ancora mandorla verde e agrumi. Palato
articolato, contemporaneamente snello
e pieno, dalle note burrose. In chiusura
spiccano le doti di freschezza. In accia-
