F itto rubino, è di ottima consistenza.
Seducente la proposta olfattiva di
viola e garofano amalgamati a pepero-
ne, terra umida, cioccolato, ribes e con-
fettura di frutti rossi. Sorso distinto, mor-
bido, con tannino ben estratto. Sfuma
lentamente con invito al prossimo sorso.
Maturazione in barrique per 12 mesi.
PAPPARDELLE AL CINGHIALE
R osso rubino, con sfumature grana-
to. Intriga i sensi con note di viola,
rosa e piccoli frutti macerati nell'alcol.
Sbuffo di sottobosco e nota dominante
di pepe nero. Elegante, fresco, avvol-
gente e di dosata componente tannica,
si congeda con un finale ammandorlato.
In legno piccolo per 12 mesi.

Intense ruby hue, it is of great consi-
stency. Seductive olfactory proposal
with scents of viola and carnation blen-
ded with pepper, wet ground, chocola-
te, currant and red fruit jam.
Distinguished, soft sip, with well-
extracted tannins. It fades slowly invi-
ting to the next sip. Aging in barriques

R uby red hue with garnet nuances. It
intrigues the senses with notes of
viola, rose and small fruit macerated in
alcohol. Undergrowth puff and dominant
note of black pepper. Elegant, fresh, enve-
loping with moderate tannic component,
almond finish. In small wooden barrels
