olore rosa antico, bollicine fini e
numerose. Si esprime all'olfatto
prevalentemente con note di fragoline di
bosco, lamponi e garofano. In sottofon-
do sensazioni di lievito e crosta di pane.
Coerente al gusto, non manca di corpo,
è fresco; chiusura leggermente amari-
cante. Riposa sui lieviti per 24 mesi.
