dorate. All’olfatto libera eleganti
profumi di prugna gialla, banana,
nespola, pera e pesca bianca. Assaggio
ricco e in perfetto equilibrio, sostenuto
da una buona spalla acida e bilanciato
da una coerente morbidezza. Scia fina-
le sapida. Maturazione in acciaio per 6

ubino fitto. Naso complesso che si
apre lentamente facendo emergere
profumi di mirtillo e cassis, erbe officina-
li, cioccolato fondente, pepe verde,
china. Regala poi ventate tabaccate. Il
sorso è succoso e consistente. È un vino
in piena evoluzione, con tannini serrati
addolciti da buona morbidezza.
Chiusura su note erbacee. Matura in bar-

nuances. On the nose, it releases ele-
gant aromas of yellow plum, banana,
medlar, pear and white peach. Rich
tasting and in perfect balance, suppor-
ted by good acidic tone and balanced
by a consistent softness. Savoury trail in
the finish. Aging in steel for 6 months.

ense ruby hue. A complex nose
that opens slowly, bringing out
aromas of blueberry and cassis, medici-
nal herbs, dark chocolate, green pepper
and cinchona. Then tobacco whiffs.
The sip is juicy and consistent. It is a
wine in full evolution, with tight tannins
softened by good softness. Finish on
herbaceous notes. Aging in barriques
for 12 months.
